What was the highlight of Best Western Plus Ibadan

The room was very clean and comfortable.

Also the price advertised is not the price I paid. Plus there was no where mentioned in the booking that the breakfast is only for one person. If you book a room for two with breakfast the expectation is that both guests will have breakfast. We had to pay extra and was only told at breakfast. The gym was awful missing and broken equipment and nothing was being maintained. It was obvious it had been neglected. For the price your paying per night it should be impeccable.

Nothing nearby where one can take a walk ... one will need a Taxi or a car to go to any near by place.

The charges are too high for what they offer in terms of comfort compared to International standard.

What was the highlight of Best Western Plus Ibadan

Truly restful.

Breakfast was intercontinental, having a well balanced mix of English breakfast, eggs a-la-carte, traditional food and cereals. Fresh fruit juice and all. It was a good spread, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Being in a quite part of the town, meant no heavy vehicular movement around - which is a good thing. Loved my stay

There was nothing about my stay that was uncomfortable. Apologies that I could not find a fault on this trip.

Very good hotel and value for money

The hotel is very clean, room spacious and modern .Room decor very nice.Good location, coffee in the room ,good service and nice breakfast.

When I arrived I was told they couldn't find my booking on their system, however a member of staff told me she eventually did by logging in to booking.com’s portal.However, when she decided to check us in,she gave a price double what my reservation was stating that it was impossible to get the rate booking.com gave and was booking.com’s fault to have advertised the rate.Of course I argued my case and the manager eventually contacted booking.com and they checked us in ’as a gesture of good will’ because I had an infant.Now that was a good gesture indeed because it could have been a genuine miscommunication between them and booking.com, however I was disappointed I had to go through that having travelled 6hrs on the flight, drove to Ibadan from Lagos with an infant. Because of what happened I was told I wouldn't get breakfast for two which came with the room I booked.That was another disappointment in the service I received; I spoke to another manager and he rectified that but I paid extra for the first breakfast before the rectification. Another thing which to me was minor was toiletries were not present and we had to ask and towels were not available as well. Lastly the room I stayed in was supposed to come with a microwave when I asked at the reception a member of staff confirmed it but when I asked the second time another member of staff said the room wouldn’t despite booking.com pictures showing microwave displayed. Other than my experience this is a fantastic hotel, very western standard, services great, nice location.I would recommend this hotel but anyone willing to book should call booking.com or Best Western Plus and make sure the rate and the booking are secured.

Outstanding hospitality. Staff were very friendly.

Everything about the hotel was exceptional. The front desk and the restaurant staff, to include the restaurant manager were great. They were very courteous, clean, and hardworking.

The hotel is in a good location and it's very clean.

The staffs were helpful, friendly and got good customer services. I really enjoyed my stays there, it's also more than my expectations. And I will surely come back.

The colour of the towel is green. They should have put a white towel
